• Clean the headlight lens with water, car wash or glass cleaner then dry thoroughly
• Open the box and remove all the contents
• Identify the bottle labeled Rain-X® Pro Headlight Polish and Foam applicator
• Twist cap and remove inner seal
• Identify the bottle labeled Rain-X® Pro Headlight Sealant and Microfiber towel • Twist cap and remove inner seal
• Put on gloves provided in kit• Shake both bottles prior to use

Step #1

1. Flip the closure open on the bottle labeled Rain-X® Pro Headlight Polish Step #1
2. Squeeze quarter size amount of the polish to the foam applicator and dab on to the surface of the headlight
3. Begin scrubbing the surface of the headlight lens with foam applicator aggressively – focus on oxidized areas first
4. Remove polish residue with a damp cloth
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until oxidation is removed (usually 1-3 applications depending on oxidation level)
6. Reload the foam applicator and repeat steps 2-5 for the other lens

Step #2

1. Flip the closure open on the bottle labeled Rain-X® Pro Headlight Sealant Step #2
2. Fold the microfiber cloth into quarters
3. Squeeze quarter size amount of the sealant on the microfiber cloth
4. Begin at the top of the lens and wipe side to side across then down the lens, ensuring no dry spots are left on the lens
5. Reload the microfiber cloth with sealant as needed
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other lens
7. Allow both lenses to air dry for at least 1 hour before touching, and rest at least 8 hours before exposing headlights to the elements, including car washes.

Note: Sealant has self-leveling technology, so if there seem to be streaks after initial application, these will dissapear as the sealant dries and cures for a clear, streak-free finish

Tips:

• Wipe any excess polish or sealant from painted surfaces using a damp cloth soon after
• Hand wash and air-dry the foam applicator and microfiber cloth for future applications
• Close bottles properly after use for future applications
