I have used this product and found it to be very effective in cleaning my car windows - in addition there is an ingredient that makes the water bead up - and not smear the windshield. Effective to clean windows - recommend.

Love RainX. Applied as directed it lets rain roll ip exterior car glass while moving and lets rain drops flip off glass or roll down glass while stopped. Doesnt smear or damage painted surfaces.

I bought this to clean our outside glass windows, car windows, and bathroom mirrors. It cleans beautifully however it does not repel water or rain. I will probably try the regular rain X, which is strictly for repellent only without the added cleaner.

Something about this product is weird. It definitely repels the rain by beading it up so it flies right off your windowshield. But it also leaves a spotty residue when it dries that I end up wiping/washing off so I can see clearly
